Return and Exchange of goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods or service you received, you can return your items to us within 7 days and receive a full refund. However any postage and packing charges for the return of these goods will not be paid by Conwytrees.com.
If you receive goods which are damaged or incorrectly supplied you, please contact us using the contact form and we will act quickly to resolve this for you.
